Expanding beyond how our practice started, we now act on both sides of these disputes: While our primary focus remains going after wrongdoers to make things right, much of our work also involves defending fiduciaries and beneficiaries who have done nothing wrong, and are being wrongly accused. (Having spent decades pursuing genuine claims for wrongful conduct has situated us perfectly to defend against unfounded ones.)
Over the years we have acted for clients living in virtually every part of the country, and beyond.
